Turcomp Online Store Shipping Policy

  1. Turcomp Online Store can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  2. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this moment.
  3. If you are not at home/office to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the courier website to track the status of your shipment.
  4. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.
  5. We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not provide any special packaging at this moment.
  6. We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.

 

SHIPPING CHARGE

Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order. All shipping costs are calculated using a Malaysia Postal Service shipping module.

 

Peninsular Malaysia

  • Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order.
  • Shipping courier available:
    • Aramex, CityLink & PosLaju for below 100KG
    • By Lorry for 101KG to 10,000KG

 

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order.
  • Shipping courier available:
    • Aramex, CityLink & PosLaju for below 100KG
    • WAL for 100KG to 10,000KG
  1. We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated courier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. (There are possibilities that the courier delivers during weekends, they will contact you before arrival). 

 

STANDARD DELIVERY LEAD TIME

  1. Confirmed orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days if the order is placed before 12.00 PM, Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holiday.
  2. Aside from Public Holiday, orders placed on Friday after 12.00 PM and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and shipped within 2-3 working days.
  3. Delivery expected time of arrival (ETA) within 3-14 working days from the purchased date.

 

SELF-COLLECT

The address for Self-Collect are as per below:

  1. The expected time of arrival (ETA) for all Self-Collect parcels will be within the range of 2-4 working days after the order has been placed successfully and payment has been confirmed.
  2. When your order has successfully arrived at the store you will be notified via email that your order is ready for collection.
  3. You are required to keep and bring along your parcel arrival notification email when you want to collect the parcel at our Turcomp Warehouse. Both softcopy or a printed copies can be accepted for verification purposes.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

  1. All your orders are sent via our primary delivery partner City-Link Express/Aramex/PosLaju. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from Turcomp containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please email our support team at ecommerce@turcomp.com

  3. Please take note that tracking numbers may take a few hours to be reflected in our tracking system after you have received the delivery confirmation email.

 

 REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Strictly no refund/cancellation allowed 48 working hours before as items are made to order especially for you. If the item has been processed for you, no refund is possible. If the item is damaged during shipping, the vendor will be responsible to replace the same item. In the event an item is not available, we will replace an item with a similar value from the same vendor.
